The staff & owners: extremely pleasant, kind & knowledgeable folk who are welcoming & warm. They are looking to deliver high quality service for a budget friendly price. Honest & reliable. Kept me constantly updated with pictures & voice notes throughout. I felt involved without having to be on-site. There were no surprises. Quality of work was outstanding. The speed of service & delivery was efficient & met expectations despite being a busy place. Will be my No1 choice for all my car service needs while in Doha. Although they deal with all cars, you just get the feel that when it comes to Toyota or Lexus you won't find anyone much better than Romailan.

Hi all Romailan car garage is the best car care nuts I have seen in resent time. The most important this in any business is how well the service provider understands the customer and his needs with a very peculiar service instinct about the price sensitivity and here is arena who just understands it to the point. They give you a clear picture and as far as communication is concerned it’s very straightforward and any details is on the plate and visible and crisp. They will show you all the works went into the car and provide you bills inventory. You had done the engine works on my 2010 Land Cruiser and I am very happy with work and overall performance of the car now.

I went this morning and took my Toyota Camry for a repair and all the staff were very accommodating and super friendly. I had my 1 year daughter with me and they made her feel safe and welcome. HAD my chevy Tahoe there to change the Lower arm ball joints, full upper control arm both right and left with AXLE BOOT change. All three major changes done ✔ 👌. Amazing cost for changing and repairing. Even gave discounts for the first time comers. The job was lengthy but due to urgency They had the job done while I was there. Recommended 100%

Service quality is bad. Will just repair a single small dent on a door. Now blotches of paint are scattered on my car plus my car paint became rough. I will not recommend this garage.
